One thought I have is that we are going to desperately need a President who can COMMAND the “bully pulpit”!

We are going to need a President who can by sheer force of character, turn our country around.

Before proceeding further, I commend you to this speech by Governor Perry:

There are several ways to tell if someone is really running for president. One is for them to comment publicly that today's voters are obviously seeking other options from the current field.

To my knowledge, that afternoon, Governor Perry came of age.  He demonstrated to me that afternoon that he has “grown a pair”.

I would be very happy to see Governor Perry in the Whitehouse….. BUT I’m also sort of selfish.  We need him here in Texas…and in the national Governors’ Chair.

You know, I look around and see medical doctors moving here, (To Texas), in droves.  Just one example of a decent government allowing prosperity to happen, in spite of vested interests trying to stack the deck.

People often forget that many of those doctors are merely “small businessmen and women”.  

Governor Perry and Sarah Palin would be the dream ticket.

Obama, Allowing the Islamists To Take a Vacation?

It seems to me that Mr. Obama is doing their job for them… better than they could do it themselves.
Two years ago, the Obama promised the 9/11 families “swift and certain justice for their loved ones,” yet no one’s been charged with the murder of nearly 3,000 Americans or the slaughter of 13 soldiers. It appears that he is trying to run out the clock, waiting until his second term (if God forbid he gets one) so he can have them set free without suffering the consequences at the polls.

Ladies and gentlemen, it seems that the Islamists are kicking back, sipping a cold brew, and allowing their Trojan horse in our Whitehouse to carry the ball for them.

Terrorism?  Heck, Obama and crew have already “terrified” a lot of Americans.  He has terrorized our medical doctors, our hospitals, our insurance industry, the financiers of our automobile manufacturers, small business, our energy industry.

…Well, you get the idea.

There is one problem.  Americans don’t get terrorized!  We get pissed off!  Shortly after 9-11, Toby Keith put it to music

Call me “Paul Revere” today.  I’m riding my “internet horse” shouting the warning:  The Islamists are coming, the Islamists are coming!

I will take Sarah at her word.  I personally believe the Presidency is her destiny…one way or another…in 2012….if not sooner.

I even get an absolute giggle at the way she is pulling off her non-campaign with her Sarahpac backers.  One fascinating thing to me is that no one has commented upon the fact that she can be in full “campaign mode” without breaking any rules or laws…or getting into contractual conflicts with FOX.  Heh, she is still earning a salary from FOX, meeting a LOT of people in blue States, and proving that the “lame-stream media” is nothing more than communist PRAVDA.

5-24-2011 What Can Mr. Netanyahu Say to Congress Today? Perhaps more to the point, what can he not say? He certainly cannot say that our President is either an idiot or a would-be executioner of the Israeli people.  He cannot say “screw you” to the President. He might say that Israel sees no reason to bleed for the same ground twice on the way up to the Golan Heights in thenext war.  He might say that it is an utter disgrace for American Army officers to be openly training and equipping terrorists on the West Bank. He should ask our Congress for America Alone to say NO! to the international lynching party going on in these days. He should say the Israeli national slogan; “Never Again!”  Perhaps he could follow up with “We shall endure!” He could quote some of Winston Churchill’s words uttered when England stood alone against Hitler’s Third Reich. Perhaps my favorite: “We shall not flag or fail. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans.  We shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air.  We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills. We shall never surrender.”

No matter how I played games, the identities of the men and women in this fictional story would be perfectly obvious. The President is the President, and the Senators are the Senators we have. Nevertheless, the story takes place totally in the future with any actions or thoughts portrayed totally from my imagination. Thought Stunning, and the end of history?

Ladies and gentlemen, America is engaged in World War Four. Sadly, our so-called leaders have not acknowledged it yet, but it is truly a war to the knife!

You see, it truly is a ‘Holy War’ and no quarter can be given. We worship the true eternal God of Justice, and mercy, and love. Our opponents worship a god of murder, rape, and In-justice…and Mohammed was his prophet!

If we do not win this war, your children will not speak English, and they will not ever vote or enjoy the liberty you have experienced for your entire lives. Your children will slide down into the abyss that engulfs most of mankind, even today.

I have written a fictional account of how it may very well play out.

Certainly I do not consider myself a prophet in the Biblical sense, but I am peculiarly positioned to see where we are, and the challenges we face. Over a forty year period, I have done business with the Muslim leaders, one on one. I helped them become more than mere goat herders by developing their petroleum resources.

I built many friendships with individual Muslims over the years; fine men. The tragedy is that ultimately, Mohammed is their life-long bully, and each one of them has knuckled under.

Who was Osama Bin Laden?



Osama bin Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden ( /oʊˈsɑːmə bɪn ˈlɑːd^ən/; Arabic: أسامة بن محمد بن عوض بن لادن‎, ʾUsāmah bin Muḥammad bin ʿAwaḍ bin Lādin; March 10, 1957 – May 2, 2011^{note a}) was the founder of al-Qaeda, the terrorist organization responsible for the September 11 attacks on the United States and numerous other mass-casualty attacks against civilian and military targets.^[3][4][5] He was a member of the wealthy Saudi bin Laden family, and an ethnic Yemeni Kindite.^[6] 

Mohammed bin Laden divorced Hamida soon after Osama bin Laden was born. Mohammed recommended Hamida to Mohammed al-Attas, an associate. Al-Attas married Hamida in the late 1950s or early 1960s. The couple had four children, and bin Laden lived in the new household with three half-brothers and one half-sister.^[13]

Bin Laden was raised as a devout Wahhabi Muslim.^[15] From 1968 to 1976, he attended the élite secular Al-Thager Model School.^[13][16] He studied economics and business administration^[17] at King Abdulaziz University. Some reports suggest he earned a degree in civil engineering in 1979,^[18] or a degree in public administration in 1981.^[19] One source described him as "hard working",^[20] another said he left university during his third year without completing a college degree.^[21] At university, bin Laden's main interest was religion, where he was involved in both "interpreting the Quran and jihad" and charitable work.^[22] Other interests included writing poetry;^[23] reading, with the works of Field Marshal Montgomery and Charles de Gaulle said to be among his favorites; black stallions; and football, in which he enjoyed playing at centre forward and followed the fortunes of Arsenal F.C..^[24]

In 1974, at the age of 17, bin Laden married Najwa Ghanem at Latakia;^[25] they were divorced before September 11, 2001. Bin Laden's other known wives were: Khadijah Sharif (married 1983, divorced 1990s), Khairiah Sabar (married 1985), Siham Sabar (married 1987), and Amal al-Sadah (married 2000). Some sources also list a sixth wife, name unknown, whose marriage to bin Laden was annulled soon after the ceremony.^[26] Bin Laden fathered between 20 and 26 children with his wives.^[27][28] Many of bin Laden's children fled to Iran following the September 11 attacks and as of 2010 Iranian authorities reportedly continue to control their movement.^[29]

Bin Laden's father Mohammed died in 1967 in an airplane crash in Saudi Arabia when his American pilot misjudged a landing.^[30] Bin Laden's eldest half-brother, Salem bin Laden, the subsequent head of the bin Laden family, was killed in 1988 near San Antonio, Texas, in the United States, when he accidentally flew a plane into power lines.

The FBI described bin Laden as an adult as tall and thin, between 6 ft. 4 in and 6 ft. 6 in. (193–198 cm) in height and weighing about 165 pounds (75 kg). Interviewer Lawrence Wright, on the other hand, described him as quite slender, but not particularly tall.^[31] Bin Laden had an olive complexion and was left-handed, usually walking with a cane. He wore a plain white turban and he had stopped wearing the traditional Saudi male headdress.^[32] Bin Laden was described as soft-spoken and mild-mannered in demeanor.^[33]

FBI and Osama!

Bin Laden was on the American Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) lists of Ten Most Wanted Fugitives and Most Wanted Terrorists for his involvement in the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings.^[7][8][9] From 2001 to 2011, bin Laden was a major target of the War on Terror.

After being placed on the FBI's Most Wanted list, bin Laden remained in hiding during three U.S. presidential administrations. On May 2, 2011, bin Ladenwas shot and killed inside a private residential compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, by U.S. Navy SEALs and CIA operatives in a covert operation ordered by U.S. President Barack Obama. Shortly after his death, bin Laden's body was buried at sea. Al-Qaeda acknowledged his death on May 6, 2011, vowing to retaliate.^[10]
